Sometimes people push you, and you just continually take it. Eventually you release all that bottled up anger and give it back. That's what recently happened to me. Now I feel terrible, as if I did something wrong. I hate being bitter towards anyone. It gave me a incredible perspective on how strong Jesus was. He always loved, even those that harmed him. What helps me to forgive others is, I realize I am a sinner as well. So if I desire forgiveness then I must be willing to forgive.
