Narcan is no miracle, all fentanyl is essentially tranq now.
And Zailacin dosent get eliminated with narcan, and they just die.
This guy making the fentanyl nasal sprays is doing simple baking, he’s not some clandestine chemist. You do volumetric dosing when you make weed gummies.
clear example of how if welet private industry take over everything, they would fix these types of problems. the private industry literally created narcan meanwhile the govt that you pay overpriced inneficiently spent taxes towards doesn't bother to do anything about the drug problem
