For people with crushed spines and busted up bodies and giant ass tumours, fine, let them have their pills.
Nobody needs opiates to deal with a root canal. I've had root canals… plural. Tylenol and advil, ice packs and time. You will survive.
Docs use to get paid so much to right pain scripts. Abusing opiates ruined my life for the past 13 years. But the opioid epidemic screwed the real people who need um
The title is wrong they are talking about legislation not laws learn the huge difference between law and legal legislation!
Thankfully (albeit SLOWLY) there are now laws being put in place to protect those dealing with chronic, debilitating pain.
Opioids gave me my life back. An IED crusher all the disks in my lower back and neck when I was 19 in 2013, I'm too young for surgery, so what is the solution for people like me exactly? Acupuncture doesnt work, yoga doesnt work, no doctor wants to help me and I live everyday in agony. Weed only does do much but I cant work on firearms on marijuana. I could on opioids just fine. I never abused opioids either. I'd really like my life back….any day now.
