"Crack babies" are the fucked up generation of humans that had parents that loved crack more than they loved their kids. Crack babies are real. Their host of mental problems, social dysfunction and behavioral disorder are attributed to being poor or non-white. And remain undiagnosed and unaddressed as the treatable problems they are.
Crack baby's is a thing
Crack is in black/brown communities and cocaine is in white communities. An the government brings it to both communities.
