LOL, you still did not explain the reason for fasting. The reason for fasting is to deny the flesh. Instead of mind body and spirit it flips it to Spirit mind and body. Giving the spirit first rank. To continue to feed the fleshly desires is ungodly.

I started fasting September 1, that first saturday(shabat) I perceived to open my bible,Bible,i got stuck on" be still and know that I AM GOD YHVH " I was watching to street ministries 7 at same time. Dustin prayed for someone to be healed and I perceived HIM let me know that was for me too. My right leg was healed right then n there, the 5th night of fasting after praying, fasting and meditating,I fell asleep and woke to the worst pain going u] down my left leg and all the way up thru top of my head, like lighting. I screamed n said no until I realized it was God. My left leg twitched uncontrollably for 1/2 an hour. I was so hot ,I checked my hair to make sure it was on fire as I smelt smoke for a while. When it was done the rest of my back was healed. I was denied microlaminectomy because of covid n my weak immune system. I was wearing diaper from lack of feeling which led to incontinence. I don't have to wear them anymore. I can walk w/o falling. I started fasting on behalf of my daughter not myself. While I had the lightening go thru my body I perceived Him tell me that I was first to be healed and then my daughter and sons. Glory to God ,Halleluyah, thru Yeshua!! Please pray and fast for yourself and others, He loves you!!!
