Here is what I think Sam Bankman may have been thinking when he formed this Crypto disaster. He may have planned the collapse all along and since money put into Crypto is not traceable and there is no physical bank, he figured on letting millions put their money into it and then say it collapsed AFTER he took the money and stashed it and figured the collapse would be akin to a Wall Street crash and he would not be responsible for the lost money the way Wall Street collapses the market purposely. However, he is screwed. If he does not get life in prison, that means one day he will be free to enjoy the billions he stole… allegedly.
