I believe the ommision of the watchers may have something to do with the sexual nature of their crime. And the religious taboo with sexuality.

I've been studying many time tables
and the 1833 event of the stars falling from sky over North America's
and 1812 comet with all the all the wars that year and fires …..
Both seem to match the revelation 12 account of the war in heaven with Satan falling and taken a third of the stars with him…
Many things changed history since those dates including the introduction to film and photography!!
