Yes it is available, and yes you can have such close encounters with God, Moses and many of the Old testament prophets were under the law but we in contrast are under grace how much more can we walk with God than even Moses and the Old testament prophets walked who only had Spirit upon them, and we are sealed with the holy Spirit of promise !!!
