You want a deep connection with God study his word, spend time with him talk to him.. which is what prayer is.. talking to God, that's how you get a deeper relationship with God.. No, "There is no one worthy" because "No one has ever seen God or ever will"
Even with all the hours of church and mass, we all fall short of any glory, and spiritual strengths.. for just as the Angels fell from his Grace and Glory to follow Lucifer and now are punished… So are we.
For God is the same Today, tomorrow and for ever more. Now think, there were "sacrifices" and "offerings" made to appease the anger and wrath of God. Most Christians will say" it is out of date", "Those times are past" but even Jesus was wrong. He isn't the lamb of God and None of his promises are real. Jesus said , after him "No sacrifices will be necessary. Then why does the "Catholic church" still offer the sacrifice of a dove every year?, If we aren't required to place offerings, than why is it there are Soo many people starving and disease running rampid? Why is this world; not planet, of ours falling apart?
It is all the agenda of those with wealth and power over the resources that are needed today to survive. It is shameful we have to bend to the will and sing of another's understanding.. but this is the world we live in. 😪
Do not judge the eyes untill you see the light of another, Do not follow those you know nothing about, but honor your mother and father and those that came before them.. this is true religion and it is good in the sight of the true and living "God".. or as it would be said in the Hebrew language GOLEM!!
