I feel like the guy Joe is interviewing is so out of touch with reality. I understand that he is trying to be a humanitarian but he is refusing to understand that some people are shitty people. People have unconscious biases and they treat people according to that. Trying to over intellectualize the situation is insulting to listen to. He is a prime example of knowledge but zero wisdom. What he knows is based on what he reads and studies and not experiences.
