  1. Another thing is cops in Chicago are a LOT more relaxed in basic scenarios than cops from Texas, it’s that way for any cops in urban environments as opposed to rural. I think the difference is cops in the country don’t know what they’re going to encounter and so they’re a lot more tense for little stops, and police from the city know exactly what it is and who someone is when they’re pulling them over.

  2. from a small town in wyoming here and the way he explains the police engagement (pulling people over for nothing just hoping one of the times something happens) is exactly what happens in my town. in my town nothing ever happens for real no killings or anything bad really just a car crash or something bad but not real true crime and so they have 100 % in the last 5-6 years have started pulling people over for the same bs reasons just praying and that’s not the way to go at all. it makes everyone in the town dislike our police and are scared to drive around just because it’s a 90% chance u get pulled over. my little brother got pulled over last week for license plate light being out and ofc gets a warning but like why should he be pulled over and put under the stress of being pulled over for no reason?? it’s a complete bs way to run things. just do ur real job and pull actual sus people over and if shits not going on BE GLAD… makes no sense for our government to be looking and making them fill quotas if things arnt bad enough or not enough action is going.🤷🏽‍♂️👎🏼

  3. One thing I've learned from watching TONS of police investigations is that you are LEGALLY REQUIRED to comply when order you out of the car. Pretty much no matter what. There's no way to get out of it, you gotta do it. If you don't, you only make your situation worse and might get hurt. MANY people seem to think they "have the right" to resist. You just don't, that's an incorrect understanding of the law.
There's a lot wrong with our "criminal justice" system, maybe including this, but it's critical to understand what is and isn't within your rights so you don't get hurt, arrested, or financially penalized for no good reason. "Fight it in court" is what they say – that can be a nightmare in reality, but fighting it on the street can lead to a far worse nightmare. I've been tormented by the court system myself, I'm a solutely no boot-licker, and I think America needs serious police reform. I also think too many people are confused about what you HAVE to do by law to minimize your own suffering.
