It is illegal to have "quotas" that's a fact!!! we've had officers sue departments for trying to enforce "Quotes!! As a police officer of 21 years, I've NEVER had a Quota forced on me!!! Small towns do generate income from tickets, but Quotes are against the law Nationally Period
People will always break the law. They could hit that quota in the first week easily with just speeding tickets. That Michael Brown case was the whole reason BLM started and it was all a lie. That hands up don't shoot shit was bullshit. It never happened. Brown was a criminal that died in a criminal fashion. The majority of cops are decent people. Don't buy into the propaganda.
