Malcom Gladwell rocks. I've read so many of his books. Blink is the best but so is Outliers.
Civil Asset Forfeiture still exists in Every State as well as the government. It was passed as a law during the Regan administration so the Feds could seize property of drug dealers and is part of the Rico Act. The cops now use it against every day people to line their pockets, and buy margarita machines and military style vehicles and weapons.
Civil Forfeiture is such BS, just another way for government to fuck with the law-abiding taxpayer.
All I know, is we need a president who listens to JRE.
and they say they issue tickets to promote safety….what better way to promote it by being visible…
