It's interesting he has the four distinctions because I think that also applies to how different regions feel and interact with their governments/law enforcement. The British like northerns and feel similarly about their government. Same wity canadians and Australians. And also the others apply to US in similar fashion
gladwell is complexed. he has the desires and frustrations of a seventeen year old
and then there's the spaghetti western where law may or may not exist and none of it matters because your buddy always shoots you down from the noose.
