Definitely. Its not all fun and games.
When i'm into weed and meth back then i used to have this awkward silence that theres a lot going through my mind and i didn't want to talk or talk less then my druggy friends threats me like i'm crazy and weirdo they're all heavy user than me. I went to rehab and 5 yrs sober now but still sometimes i still get these feeling of i'm out of place whenever i'm at work with my co workers.

If I had to hang out with a sober person during a trip that would give me anxiety. I don't understand why people like hanging out with people on a completely different wavelength during a trip. I did mushrooms with a bunch of people once and my girlfriend didn't take any. I swear to god she went out of her way to ruin all our trips, lo.
Sativa and indica both make me very anxious. It sucks ass. Boomers and lsd cause no problems. Had a real bad DMT trip tho
