  1. Do not be mislead. Or mislead yourself. Stop and think about these things.

What is the temple in Christianity? Is it a building in Jerusalem or is it the church and its people?

Who or what is symbolized by the 4th beast? Is it not Rome. Was it not Rome who was there to swallow up Jesus after he was born? Was it not Rome who killed Jesus on a cross? Was it not Rome who persecuted and killed God's children? Was it not a Roman Emperor who set himself up in the temple (church), even above God's authority, and changed festivals and religion? As spoken of through Daniel (in Chapter 7). Did this Emperor uproot three others as spoken about in Daniel? Yes he did. Study our history. Is it not Roman traditions and holidays that came to dominate Christian theology and tradition? … even to this day. God's kingdom in the heavens became God's kingdom on earth administrated by Roman Emperors with the authority to appoint and dispose of bishops and to dictate theology by making it into Roman Law. Then to persecute and kill any who would not obey those laws. Is this the same church started by Christ and his apostles? no, but rather it was a great apostasy, or a rebellion against God.

Why did Paul in his letter to the Thessalonians refer to it as the 'Great Apostasy" or "Following Away"? What does apostasy mean? Is it not, "the abandonment or renunciation of a religious or political beliefs"

Apply statement analysis to: “2 Thessalonians 2:3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day (Jesus’s return) will not come until the rebellion (apostasy) occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.” Why does he use the word "reveal" instead of "comes" or "appears on the scene" ? What does the word reveal indicate? Is it not, ": to make (something secret or hidden) publicly or generally known; reveal a secret". It must be already there or exist so as to be revealed. (however it was still to come in the future when written, but is now the ancient past to us) . But in the mean time the lawless one will be misleading the whole world. John tells us in his vision that, "he will deceive even the Holy Ones, if that is possible." What do you think it would take to deceive a holy one taught by God? It would take something that looks like the temple and true worship but is not. They would be born into it and lack a comparative perspective to judge it by. It would need to be well established and in control.

What does the forehead symbolize? Is it not ones thoughts and beliefs that dictate their actions? What does a mark symbolize? Is it no the one who you belong to, a mark of acceptance or rejection? What does the hand symbolize? Is not the one you serve and defend?

put a mark on the foreheads … the other scripture reference

Ezekiel 9:3 Now the glory of the God of Israel went up from above the cherubim, where it had been, and moved to the threshold of the temple. Then the Lord called to the man clothed in linen who had the writing kit at his side 4 and said to him, “Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it.” 5 As I listened, he said to the others, “Follow him through the city and kill, without showing pity or compassion. 6 Slaughter the old men, the young men and women, the mothers and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Begin at my sanctuary.” So they began with the old men who were in front of the temple.

Is this to be taken literal. Did the man clothed in linen really make an actual mark on their foreheads? Or is it being used as a metaphor for deeper cognitive and spiritual things?

Do you really think that it will play out just like it is represented in popular culture and the Hollywood movies? And the ones being deceived are the one who don't believe what the majority of worldly people believe and think based on popular culture and entertainment?

  2. How the ** is anyone ever supposed to understand WTF Revelations is even saying? Sea means people? 10 Horns means what? Horns had eyes? Bear's feet? Mouth of a lion……. etc. etc. etc. Where the ** can I get an decent explanation of the entire bible that translates all this imagery/poetic/symbolic writing? How can anyone understand such CONFUSING WRITING!?!?!?
