MexicAS (Aztec name came post conquest termed by a German so lets call them with how they identified themselves) Mexicas did have wheels, but because there were no beasts of labor in mesoamerica. The biggest dogs were chihuahuas and deers the largest animal. Horses came with the Spanish. The use of wheels for labor was not applied.

I have the birthmark on my head, and my head comes out a little bit, too far, at the back. My ex used to call it a "god-like cranium" 😀
I'd have likely been a Shaman. I wouldn't have even needed my head "boarded".
PS: the birthmark on my head is one of those red ones that protrudes a bit. It's very small though.
