These are amazing- no wonder more people tune into JRE than mainstream media anymore.
My great grandpa lived to just a couple months shy of 100 and he drank a big glass of raw milk every morning. Good luck finding a reliable source of raw milk these days without a cow though.
Sugars and insulin impair your ability to reuptake cholesterol, leaving it to collect in the walls of the arteries.
Also, as a personal anecdote, quitting grains improved my ability to digest milk. Our bodies aren't universal food processors, they are machines that require specific fuels and lubricants.
There’s a Nobel laureate in biology,Elizabeth Blackburn, who found that a plant-based diet turns off genes that cause heart disease, prostate and breast cancer, and I think there’s more diseases which I cannot recall now. Anecdotally, i know people or their families who have had health scares and turned to a plant-based diet as result.
