  1. Interesting. Chris Kresser says cows get cobalt from grass. True. What he doesn't say is that most cows are given cobalt supplements which they need in order to produce B12. The mico-organisms in their gut use cobalt to synthesize B12. They would normally get cobalt directly from the soil but due to widespread decline in the health of soil, they need supplements. In other words, like humans, most ruminants would also be deficient in B12 in todays world if not for the cobalt supplements. A bit like how vegetarians also need supplements. The common factor here is the soil. As for his reference to Jack Norris regarding the claim that humans originally relied on uncleaned, organic produce – Norris himself states there 'isn't any reliable evidence at this time'. An absence of reliable evidence does not mean it is untrue, or possible. It means proper research needs to be done in this area. As far as the statistics on B12 variations between meat-eaters and non meat-eaters, well, as shown above, if ruminants were not supplemented it seems even meat eaters would be deficient in B12.

  2. I just had my 3rd injection of this stuff and so far I have absolutely ZERO benefits.
I’m just as tired as before.
I’m gonna finish off my bottle and stop.
THOS whole…injecting yourself with whatever every WEEK just doesn’t feel right to begin with 😒
