I think the key is not mixing diets, either become a carnivore or become a vegan, both are very good diets but when mixing them there is inflammation and problems
You need to interview the statistician who found animal protein consumption and all cause mortality of 22 countries are 0.55.
When you get cancer your doctor gives you a recommended diet sheet that includes no meat and processed sugar. Heavy on vegetables and moderate fruit. Case closed
Red meat doesn't cause cancer, only if your ancestors ate red meat. If your ancestors didn't eat red meat, it's good that you too shouldn't eat red meat, cause it will increase your chances of getting cancer.
This doesn't just hold for red meat as well. Foods which your great-great grandfathers didn't even know it existed, shouldn't be eaten at all.
Coming back to red meat, if you're a Caucasian or African, it's perfectly fine for you to eat red meat. However if you're Asian, Dravidian or Polynesian you shouldn't eat red meat because most of your ancestor's meat diet consisted of bugs and rodents.
Notice how much better the conversation and evidence is compared to the James Wilk podcast with this guy. James Wilk just knit picks all of this guys evidence while after every statement saying that “no no I agree” like wtf. Butthurt vegans just eat healthy and don’t limit your nutrition
