You will always find a study or research to confirm your own bias. I think there's so many lifestyle and genetic characteristics which play a part, so ultimately it's very difficult to come to some sort of conclusive judgement.
Meat is so healthy, meanwhile its filled with cholesttrole and saturated fat. And those are never good
