Wild π. JOE ROGAN literally described that Diaz is on a βwhole food plant based diet ββ¦ eating little amounts of fish and eggs and a lots of fruits π vegetables π₯ whole grains πΎ beans π« seeds and nuts π₯ is literally the definition of a βwhole food plant based diet β and that is what the movie πΏ was advocating for ! πβ¦ and yes diaz eats VEGAN when preparing for a fight !! So Kind of the opposite of a CARNIVORE diet π€·π½ββοΈππ€. Which is what joe Rogan advocates ππππ
It's interesting in this video that Rogan says 'people want to claim Diaz as a Vegan but he's not'. But, Rogan himself tried to say Veganism is bad when he had Rick Ruban on. Rick said he was a vegan, fat, overweight, etc. And Rogan jumped on, trying to use that to prove Veganism is bad. But Rick HIMSELF said…he was eating all horrible vegan foods, snacks, fried shit, etc.
Joe Rogan is not respecting the fact that Nate eats vegan during camp
False. Nate does not eat fish, he eats no meat at all whether he is not training or is for a right (including fish). When going up to a fight, he is a strict vegan (no eggs), and when he is not he includes just eggs into his vegan diet thus making it vegetarian (though the only addition is eggs, no fish).
Nate has attributed this change to his brother. Joe needs to do his research before he makes claims on his channel.
Vegan diet is great for health and is an amazing source of protein.
I'm vegan and am wondering about the benefits of soya protein isolate vs soy milk. Is the protein isolate too processed?
