  1. Bodybuilders take protein powders whether vegan or not to consume protein more efficiently yet Chris suggests that vegans are consuming vegan protein powders more so than non-vegans to reach their required protein intake.

  2. I just don't understand how can someone be so certain that vegan diet is the best when being on it you actually need to take so many additional supplements in a form of a pills, shakes it whatever… I'd doesn't make sense 😁
