Ex 16:23 And he said unto them, This is that which the Lord hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the Lord: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.
During the evening going into the Shabbat – that meal is already hot as I would have prepared during the day according to the command of YHWH. The actual Shabbat morning if I had a wood stove to keep warm I would put my food prepared from the day before to keep warm beside the heat in an appropriate pan. Maybe what they were eating – different methods of baking and preparing manna – no heating was really necessary for breakfast and lunch. Smaller children and adults still enjoy sandwiches so that would be easy. Also the dishes can be soaked in soapy water until the evening and easily washed. Rest should be rest even for the mammas in the home.
😄😄😄😄
I like the other way when u read and explain as we go …I feel myself getting distracted, and I never know if I'm understanding it properly without you. I love listening to recording also. Buts just different. Sorry plz don't take it the wrong way. I look forward to this every week regardless.
So beautiful 😍 my goodness beautiful
What are the looking glasses of the women assembling? Exdus 38:8
We live in Montana and use wood for heat. Our understanding is Kindle as starting a fire. You need to gather or cut trees and kindling to start a fire. We have our wood chopped and ready in preparation and staked by the wood stove for adding to a fire that is already been started most likely weeks before that has been fed. This was one of the first big things we dove into studying when we came to the understanding of Torah and it was deep in winter during the time.
