Someone gave me this recipe for throat, fever, respiratory challenges.
I add 1 Tbsp. Tumeric powder and same of Ginger… 2 well chopped small, whole lemons in 3 cups water in a pan, simmer till soft. 3/4 – 1Tsp or so Cayenne pepper, 1-2 Tbsp Honey, Tumeric and Ginger, 1/2 Tsp Healthy salt, stirred into it, cool and pour in cup or glass. Prepare to gulp best you can. Put 1 Tsp Baking Powder, stir Quickly (it will foam up) and Gulp Down Quickly….about 1-1/2 cup at a time or what's possible. Sit, relax, Burp. Amazingly I felt better in 15 minutes. Much love Zen! Praying for you!
A warm cup of water distilled a shot of rum half teaspoon of salt and squeeze of lemon gargle thoroughly you don't want to know about the one where my dad stick his finger down my throat with baking soda honey and God knows what else halfway down the arm almost to the elbow in my throat with nothing but a piece of cotton wrapped around his index finger
