50 years ago I trained Japanese GoJuRu karate. Completely traditional and very rigorous. All commands in Japanese. I trained 3 nights a week for about 2 and 1/2 hours each night for a year. After 6 months I got to put two green stripes on my white belt. Now I see newspaper articles about 6 year old girls getting a black belt. Bullshit. It's all about money now.

He should be reporting the clubs that do that, i don't know many clubs but the ones i know don't do that, you have to earn the belt
