I just started training and I just for no reason was standing southpaw and I've been doing that for the last couple classes even though I'm right-handed it sounds like that's okay or should I stand standard? Even just to make it easier on my training partners when we're doing drills.
As a natural right-handed Southpaw, my motto is "Fook it. We boll"
I'm a right handed person and I'm more comfortable fighting south paw than orthodox
I mean loads of fighters fight in the opposite stance to what their dominant hand is ill list some right handed southpaws
Dustin Poirier
Terrence Crawford
Lomachenko
Marvin Hagler(sometimes both)
And some left handed orthadox's
Oscar De La Hoya
Miguel Cotto
Andre Ward(sometimes both)
Like the other guy in the video said you decide how you fight its all about comfort always listen to your trainers but they cant feel the same way your feeling they cant feel right for you so your stance is up to you everyone is diffrent everyone thinks fights and does it diffrently so dont let it bother you im a left handed orthadox amateur boxer its worked for me so far i can do the odd switch but i simply just prefer orthadox its all good dont worry its all about how you feel you cant fight comfortably if you dont feel comfortable
Wtf would you limit any technique
