The Most High Living God has issued an arrest warrant via His Word of God for the false prophet (the Second Beast) mentioned in the Book of Revelations 13 and all of his colleagues, fighters, collaborating neighbors, governments, co-conspirators, indeed all of them both free and slave. The false prophet is identified as Nikhil Dhokale whose sign, for those with wisdom, is 666 (616 in some texts).
