I’m 24 years older old I can’t get a full nights sleep for a while now I have like 3/4 dreams a night which I remember them everyday from a to z is this normal I take melatonin aswell

Sounds like Doctors literally have as much education on sleep as they do on Nutrition…
You'd have to change the way the economy to allow people to lead healthy lives. In America its 24/7 – "wall st. Never sleeps" well
