I'm a truck driver in Australia been working 14/ 15 hours 6 days a week for 20 years watching this made go wtf am I doing
I hate to admit this but I pulled a graveyard shift for a year. My circadian rhythm could not flip. I had trouble sleeping. After I left my job I was so fucked.
What does it mean the body can not catch up on sleep? Does i stay tired my whole life or cant i compensate what xD? The answer is given here: 1:27:23
