The world changing π its clear that lab meat π is here . The sad thing will be will people changed the tastes of meat π will this turn dangerous. What would meat taste like in 100 year's. Rules need to be made hard to stop crazy lad meat π like chocolate meat or meat what tastes like something weird. I don't hated the idea of lab grow meat but I hated the idea of lab meat without rules and regulations world wided. π meat still tasted better on the bone so lab meat π is just a good way of funding people . I still think hard rules will be needed and a world wided regulations and a watch body . Playing with nature and food is dangerous π³
If lab grown meat becomes a viable, comparable solution to natural meat, then it should be the ONLY option available for anyone looking to consume meat. If you had two pieces of steak, both identical in cellular composition with the distinction that one was grown in a lab and the other was harvested from a living creature and you choose to consume the natural steak harvested from an animal then a serious discussion about your ethical and moral judgment is necessary. Your antiquated ideologies and fragile masculinity have no place in a society that is focused on the evolution and betterment of the human species. Anyone making the decision to eat natural meat over an identical piece of lab grown meat is projecting serious flaws and insecurities and in my opinion and if that persons decision to consume natural meat has any implications in the way society chooses to view and eat meat/livestock then that person should be treated in the same manner that any animal in a slaughterhouse should. Like a piece of worthless meat.
Vegetarians and vegans make the quality of meat better for meat eaters
I donβt think people realize that lab grown meat is literally real meat. Itβs actual meat cells from an actual animal, and itβs grown to be bigger.
Would that be 'giving up'? If they don't compromise on the morals that made them go vegan in the first place?
