Man Oklahoma gets super hot in the summer, and super cold in the winter, it sucks living here because its right where the north and south wind meet, aka why there are tornadoes here. Like right now, its 65 degrees freaking in December… But tomorrow it could be 5 degrees. Come train here, where you can't get used to anything because the weather in Oklahoma is random and always throws you for a loop! Its amazing here! We also have the leading opioid epidemic in the country aswell! Fuck, someone come save me!!
Damn, he ran 8.3 miles per every hour in order to get that 100 miles. As another cross country runner this dude deserves mad respect because endurance is easy but to keep that speed for that long that's the challenge.

Hotter air tends to be less dense than colder air, so less oxygen.
Similar to higher altitudes so I imagine the effect is similar.
