PLEASE ANYONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT RUNNING IN EXTREME HEAT: I live in Saudi Arabia and for the past several years I have only ran in the winter, but now I want to keep my body adjusted to longer miles, but all summer it will stay between 107-120 even in the middle of the night. I can't find any info on how to run in that kind of heat. Does anyone have advice on how to keep body temperature under control and avoid heatstroke?

I used to run at 120 in phoenix during the summer for a few miles. i would run a few during the day and then at night.
