  1. I have been using a Sous Vide for years and it is THE ONLY way to cook beef for it to be perfect every time ! You can buy rolls of bags that are safe and use a vacuum sealer. Beef, chicken, fish, veggies ALL come out moist and tender. All you have to do is sear it when it's done. The only down side is you have to plan your dinner around how long the cook is.
