Y’all can keep your boiled steaks! Cast iron, steel, or a open flame are my only options
Sous vide and then finish in a hot iron skillet to seer. Voila!
Still 2 years to go. No bad things about it… (depends on the after "burning" tho…)
Dr Berry doesnt even recommend drinking from plastic bottles that water warmed in…. Nor giving a baby any plastic teething toys bc the plastics release toxins when warmed. Plastic is plastic. I will never sous vide anything. Learn to cook in a pan… It truly isnt hard at all.
Just get PLA sous vide bags which are not actually plastic, they're made from a plant starch and 100% biodegradable.
