@5:18 Wilder is about 220 for a fight Francis at least needs to hit 260 for ufc hw, weight aside the biggest factor in "power" of a punch is the velocity/speed as the simple equation shows kinetic energy= mass X velocity^2 , now using middle school math we see that velocity is squared before any interaction with mass hence speed has about 2 times the effect of pure mass on kinetic energy
But by this logic Wilder would seemingly throw faster, but Francis isnt slow by any means and his punches could easily have near the same velocity of Wilder while out weighting Wilder by 40 plus , Francis woulsnt even need to land clean, he could literally beat on the arm enough to render them useless I would image as long as he avoids counters
