  1. The thing the plant advocate forgets is the protein or amino acids ( there are many) in the sandwich are measured from the lowest one as they work in conjunction with each other. The peanut sandwich compared to 3 eggs falls way behind, on it's lowest amino acid, by far. This guy is simplifying/averaging a very complex interaction. The data is there, it's incomparable. You cannot get the same complex level of amino acid/protein, from plant based foods as eggs, in weight ratio -reasonable consumption.

  2. Protein is a surface level topic. They need to look further into vitamin, mineral, and cholesterol need/pathology. There are crucial cellular processes that require an abundance of energy precursors where this is only available in animal product.

    We’ll see how James is doing in a few years.
