So you gotta eat 4000 calories to get a good amount of protein lol. But everything is more bioavailable in meat than plants also but you also have to supplement certain vitamins
It seems that veganism requires some serious study to get what you need from your daily meals.
To some people talking BS about anti-nutrients.
1st they are present in animal and vegetable foods.
2nd "fire" played a big role in human evolution, use your brains and don't ignore that.
