  1. It's satisfying seeing Chris Kresser get ripped apart here. He's been skewing and spinning health data for too long. His message is bad for people's health and wouldn't at all surprise me if he's been paid to spead his thrash diet

  2. James does exactly what he accuses Chris of doing. He cherry picks his studies that reflect his bias, and goes so far as to suggest studies are bias with ZERO evidence whatsoever, and then is dismissive of anyone who disagrees with him. I admire his passion but there is something off about it. He’s like a salesman trying to sell me something I don’t want.

  3. It's still shocks me how many people believe that you need animal products in your diet ! This idea is the biggest misnomer it's just not true! I was a meat eater for 40 years tried a vegan diet and everything changed! I put on muscle which nobody believes is even possible but it was so easy! I got stronger not weaker , stamina improved , skin issues and a whole host of issues vanished! There are some misconceptions about veganism about not getting enough protein? There is more then enough protein in plant foods to be as strong as a person can get! The secret is effective extraction of the nutrients. All legumes and beans should be cooked very well before consumption secondly if you add this to any of the many carbohydrate options you will have everything you need to build muscle Abe strong and healthy. Secondly, cutting out animal fat completely is essential to the effectiveness of a plant base diet. Get the animal fat out of the diet and your body will thrive on a high carb diet.animal products slowly poison humans sorry to say!
