The vegan guy is an idiot. If he says it then it is 'justified'. If the other guy says it it 'sponsored', 'processed' or 'he is quoting one study'. Laughable. Then he gets insulting instead of actually discussing the subject matter. If he wanted to make a case for a vegan dieet then he is the last person whos opinion I would value.

If people would shut the hell up long enough to let James explain some complex concepts they might learn something.
