It's funny seeing this now that the carnivore diet is popping off.
I feel bad for Wilkes. He's very clear and these dudes are just not getting it. Part of the problem is they won't shut up long enough to hear him out

Plant protiens are around average 60% digestible where as meat, beef, pork, fish, eggs protien is around 85 to 95% digestible
gamchangers is another example of slick marketing to sell product.. plain and simple. wilks is a tool with a bullhorn. humans are omnivores. And isn't it funny, how an executive produce – Novak Djokavic, by far the most accomplished athlete in the movie eats fish regularly, and Arnold is "80%" vegan. hilarious.
