I love how this turned into Dr Phil listening to Joe talking about boxing & just rolling with it because he knew how passionate Joe was about the topic. 🙂 it was a lovely little u-turn showing how natural & comfortable this interaction was. It wasn't a host interviewing a guest – it was a genuine conversation.

Being great in sports or popular in high school is not all. I was always told it was by my mother. I was bad at sports and loved books. It took me 20 plus years to stop trying to prove to her and myself that I was worthwhile. As the Bible says if the hand is not the foot should it say I am not of the body? We all have our place.
I had abdominal surgery at teaching hospital. Realized when I got home with meds I was put on Zoloft. Stopped it along with high BP med and feel so much better. Cant get my medical records however after 3 attempts and on Disability after 28 years of nursing
