  1. All I eat is wild game for protein and drink a lot of water … I do mma and no gi 6 times a week for 4 hours and I’m swole asf compared to when I was on a vegan diet I looked skinny with no muscle mass

  2. most of the studies of these plant based benefits show people from extremely unhealthy eating habits actually meeting their micronutrient needs, like of course they're gonna see changes when all they used to eat was fast food.
