  1. I love how JR pokes holes in James's BS line of reasoning about the health benefits of increasing more "plant-based" food and points out was coz of eliminating ultra-processed "plant-based" products.

Because I tried. I figured, I might has well try veganism for the second time, because I'll pull out all the stops. I'll take supplements and be sure I cover everything. It STILL didn't work! Then I tried just adding eggs. Better. But there is something about meat that just works.
