Ive been eating wild game meat almost exclusively for like a year and a half. I went from fat to bodybuilder!
Its hilarious were debating things that cave men knew thousands of years ago lol hunter gatherers were almost a foot taller and much more healthy than there farmer counterparts and its still true today, thats why mongolians are way bigger than the chinese, thats why the massi tribe in africa are some of the tallest people on the planet, thats why in the american military the adverage man has grown by quite a bit since ww2 just look at the advantage size of uniforms from then and now.
