I took a shot every time James said "I totally agree" and now my liver is in ketosis.
Kresser is lost and stutters every time he gets caught in a lie. James has the science on his side. Keto is a horrible idea.
James is actually well-informed with all his claims although there's evidenty several bias arguments on each side but he doesn't need to be rude like how he keeps interrupting joe and chris or giggling while chris is talking he's even belittling chris face to face questioning his accreditation which is personal and improper by saying he's a combat expert but he's still superior in knowledge than chris. Ed to me is still the ideal vegan advocate because he advocates while being polite to people.
