Thank you for this point of clarification. I had always half hoped that Acts 16:31 meant if you are saved then your household will be too. But with your illustration here it means that the jailer's salvation will LEAD to his family's salvation. Thus it is still an individual choice to accept Jesus. I have a lot of unbelievers in my family and this makes me a little sad to know my faith isn't enough to bring them over. But understand it's a personal and conscious choice. 🤧
