  1. lol how can people be so dumb? they think its normal for millions to die every year from heart disease and cancer? plant foods have been shown to reduce risk of these causes of death and meat and dairy to increase risk. put 2+2 together

    There you go. If you eat purely greens and no variety or legumes, you won’t have a good time. You gotta have a balanced, whole food diet.
