No. You can't be healthy and a vegan long term. The overwhelming majority of doctors agree on that.
What he thinks has nothing to do with science. Science cant be refuted with opinions. “Omnivorous diet” is the diet that Americans are already eating. The Standard American Diet or SAD causes Standard American diseases, including multiple cancers, heart disease, diabetes, and many other diseases.
If human brains got bigger because of eating meat, why aren't there Lion professors and Hyena Scholars because that's all they eat 🙄
