At about 1:07:12, ask Lazar, how much does he think that time could be impacted by this device? I suspect there are limits, in the sense of being able to travel through time, but rather to appear to stop and start time for a period of time.
At 58:06, Lazar didn't want to admit he stole the unknown element. Interesting.
The ship he is describing is a science/research ship.
I no longer think Lazar is a fraud. Not now at least. And the migraines, he needs to shield himself. If that doesn't work, things are more serious.
For the migraines, Lazar needs to try shielding his brain from EM radiation. Has he tried this? If so, then this is more serious.
